Do you work with my insurance company?
We work with all insurance companies. If you're claiming on your insurance, we help you with the claim for the repair.
How much will the repair cost?
We give you a free estimate at our workshop once we've seen the car. You can send photos on WhatsApp first so we know what to expect.
How long will it take?
It depends on the damage and on the parts. We tell you when we give you the estimate.
Can I have a courtesy car?
It depends on the job. Ask us when you bring the car in for the estimate.
Do you collect the car?
No, please bring the car to our workshop at 62-64 Sunbeam Road, Park Royal, NW10 6JQ.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Our repairs are guaranteed for 12 months, on both the labour and the paint.
Do you only work on Mercedes-Benz and BMW?
We specialise in Mercedes-Benz and BMW, and we repair and paint other makes too. We're an independent specialist, not a manufacturer-approved dealer.
Can you do my MOT?
We don't carry out MOT tests at our workshop. We work with a partner garage for MOTs and can point you to them.
