Privacy notice
Last updated: 24 October 2026
This notice explains how WLC Management Ltd ("we", "us") uses personal information when you contact us, ask for an estimate, bring your car to our workshop or use this website.
Who we are
WLC Management Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 12714100, registered office 62 Sunbeam Road, London NW10 6JQ. We are the controller of your information. Contact: wlc.management@post.com, 020 3904 5508.
What we collect
- What you send through the message form: your name, phone number and/or email, the type of repair, your car's make and model, and your message.
- What you send by WhatsApp, phone or email, including photos of your car.
- If we repair your car: your vehicle details, the work agreed, and, for insurance repairs, the claim details needed for the repair.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To reply to you, give you an estimate and carry out the repair you ask for: steps you asked for before a contract, and the contract itself (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the records that tax law requires: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To keep this website secure and working: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
We don't use your details for marketing and we don't sell them.
Who helps us
These providers handle information for us, only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and processes form submissions.
- Resend, which delivers the message form to our email inbox.
- Afaceri Diaspora Ltd, which built and maintains this website and keeps a copy of form messages so none are lost.
- Our email provider, and WhatsApp (Meta), when you contact us that way.
- Your insurer, when the repair is an insurance claim and you ask us to deal with them.
- Google, only if you choose to load the Google map on the contact page.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
Messages that don't lead to a repair are deleted within 12 months. Records of repairs are kept for as long as tax law requires, usually six years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it or ask us to restrict it. Email wlc.management@post.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
