Information on this site
The content on this website is general information about our repair services. What your car needs, what the repair costs and how long it takes are only confirmed once we have seen the car at our workshop.
Estimates and repairs
Sending a message, photos or the form doesn't create a contract. We give you a free estimate at our workshop; a repair goes ahead only once you have agreed it with us. Our 12-month guarantee covers the labour and the paint of the repair we carried out.
Insurance repairs
We work with all insurance companies and can help you with the claim for the repair of your car. We don't handle personal injury claims and we don't give legal or financial advice.
Content and names
The text, photos and logo on this site belong to WLC Management Ltd or are used with permission. Car makes such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Audi are named only to describe the cars we work on; we are an independent workshop, not connected with or approved by these manufacturers.
Links to other websites
This site links to services we don't control, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We're not responsible for their content or how they use your information.
Liability
We're not liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Your information
How we handle the details you send us is explained in the privacy notice.
Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
